How to use Support Groups: lga and ward coordinators
- Sign in at Directorate sign-in with the email the Directorate invited, your password and your authenticator app code.
- Everything you see is limited to your LGA or ward: the dashboard, groups, members and the scorecard.
- Open an LGA card on the dashboard to see its wards, then a ward to see its polling units.
- Under Feedback, read reports from your area. Acknowledge them, then resolve them with a short note.
- Under Messages, send notices to members and group coordinators in your area. Check the recipient count before you send.
- NINs are always masked for you, and you cannot export data.
