How to use Support Groups: members

  1. Sign in with your phone number and the 6-digit code we text you.
  2. If your coordinator has already enrolled you, your record opens straight away. Otherwise choose “I belong to a support group” and enter your group code.
  3. Enter your details exactly as on your voter card and NIN slip.
  4. Under My record you can see your details and correct them until the Directorate has confirmed you.
  5. If the Directorate calls you, confirm your voter card number and NIN by reading them out.
  6. Read rally notices and election-day reminders under Messages. Send concerns or needs to the Council under Report.
  7. Under More: Wallet (money sent to you; withdraw to your own bank account with your PIN), Town halls (your invitations; check in at the venue by QR code) and Send photo/video.
