How to use Support Groups: group coordinators
- Sign in with your phone number and the 6-digit code we text you.
- Choose “I lead a support group” and register your group once. You get a group code like OK27-IKS-001.
- Enrol members under Enrol (one at a time) or Paste a list (many at once). Type each voter card, phone and NIN exactly as printed.
- Share your group code. Members can enrol themselves with it; they appear on your home page by name and polling unit.
- If a person is already enrolled by another group, the app will say so. Each voter is counted once across Delta North.
- The Directorate phones a sample of your members. Ask members to answer unknown numbers. Confirmed calls move your group to Verified.
- Read notices from the Council under Messages. Send concerns, needs and field intelligence under Report.
- Add up to 3 officers (secretary, treasurer, officer) under Officers. They sign in with their own phone and can enrol members, but only you can remove members. An officer who is also a member of your group signs in as an officer; their record stays on your member list.
- Under More: Wallet (send money to your own group's members with your 4-digit PIN; add money; withdraw), Ask AI (how the app works and your group's figures) and Send photo/video (pictures for the Council's live feed).
